Page IX Contributor Agreement Welcome to Page IX. We’re excited to feature diverse voices through our African Voices section and other editorial platforms. By submitting your work, you agree to the following terms: 1. Originality All submissions must be your own original work. Content must not infringe on copyright, trademarks, or third‑party rights. 2. Rights & License You retain authorship rights to your work. By submitting, you grant Page IX a non‑exclusive license to edit, publish, and distribute your work across print, digital, and promotional platforms. You may republish your work elsewhere after it appears in Page IX, with a note: “First published in Page IX Magazine.” 3. Editorial Review All submissions are subject to editorial review and editing for clarity, length, and alignment with our style and mission. We may decline or delay publication at our discretion. 4. Conduct & Integrity Contributors are expected to uphold professionalism, respect, and integrity. Plagiarism, misinformation, or hate speech will result in removal of content and contributor status. 5. Compensation Contributions are currently voluntary unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where compensation is offered, terms will be outlined separately. 6. Community & Recognition Published work will carry your byline and may include a short bio and headshot (if provided). Regular contributors may be featured in spotlight interviews or promotional campaigns. 7. Agreement By submitting work to Page IX, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
